Return or Cancellation

If you are not satisfied with your order, rest assured that we will take care of you. To return or exchange merchandise, simply follow the directions on the packing slip enclosed with your order. To return items that were shipped by truck, please call Customer Service for instructions. FlagHouse cannot accept the return of a software, bathing, hygiene, or feeding product unless it is in its unopened original packaging. Please understand that we cannot cancel custom-made items in production, nor accept their return unless defective. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Damage or Loss

We do our best to prevent damage or loss of your shipment and will work with you to resolve any problems.

  • Upon delivery, check the receipt to ensure that you received all cartons and verify that they are in good condition.
  • You may refuse any shipment that has sustained loss or damage. If you choose to sign for the shipment, have the driver note any and all damage or loss, no matter how slight. Take photographs and have the driver also note anything that appears out of the ordinary, such as packaging or shrink-wrap not intact, broken pallet, etc.
  • Once you accept a shipment that appears to be in good condition, you must open and inspect the cartons for possible concealed damage or loss. IMPORTANT: You have 5 business days from receipt of shipment to report damage or loss that was not notated on the delivery receipt. Carriers will likely deny a claim for concealed damage or loss that was not reported within 5 days.
  • Keep the item in the original packing carton for inspection purposes and/or possible reshipment.
  • Call Customer Service immediately to report any damage or loss. We will arrange an inspection, handle all negotiations with the carrier on your behalf, and do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to you.
  • If you have utilized your own carrier and damage or loss is to be reported, you must file the claim with the carrier you selected. 


Prices are in Canadian dollars and are FOB point of shipment. Item availability and prices are subject to change.

Payment Terms

Public schools, government agencies, and other credit-worthy institutions qualify for open accounts when using an authorized purchase order. Invoices are payable Net 30 Days. To open an account, please provide two trade references and banking information.

Individuals: please provide your check, money order or credit card information with your order.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by check or money order payable to FlagHouse, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or FlagHouse Gift Certificate. Please note that personal checks must clear before we can ship your order.

Sales Tax

Prices stated do not include either Provincial Sales Tax or Goods and Services Tax. If your organization is exempt from GST, insert your exemption certificate number or provide us with a copy of your exemption certificate. If not, add the GST to the price. Our GST number is R133046763.

Provincial Sales Tax for Ontario customers – add the PST; for BC customers – add the PST to the merchandise and shipping total.

Harmonized Sales Tax - Our prices do not include Harmonized Sales Tax. For participating provinces, Harmonized Sales Tax will be calculated and shown separately on your invoice.

Purchase Orders and Phone Confirmations

When sending purchase orders, please include a contact name and daytime telephone number in case questions arise. Please also reference the FlagHouse order, PO number or the quotation number provided when you call us.


  • For delivery within the provinces, please add 15% of subtotal or $15 minimum. We add an additional $75 for orders with one or more items that ship by Truck .  For playground equipment, please request a freight quote.
  • Please advise if you require inside or residential delivery, or if your facility does not have a loading dock and you require lift-gate service to receive your shipment. We will provide you with a quote for these services. International customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties and import fees.
  • For delivery to the territories and areas deemed remote by Canada Post, we will quote and bill shipping charges accordingly.
